Greetings and welcome to our summer programs,
Our program this Friday, July 16, will be Flathead County Superintendent of Schools Marcia Sheffels. You will recall that Democrat County Commissioner Joe Brenneman tried to implement a half baked plan to eliminate the Superintendent’s office six months ago. Marcia will fill us in on the office and her efforts to save taxpayer money and improve county wide education.
As usual, we will meet in Ballroom A, Red Lion Hotel in the Kalispell Center Mall. The meetings are open to the public. They begin promptly at 12:05pm and end at 1:00pm. The room is open by 11:30am for those who like to arrive early.
Lunch is available from a limited menu but is not required. Beverages are ordered separately. We are requested to pay by check or in cash.
