Heidi Roedel Local Republican Leader Appointed to Board of National Federation of Republican Women

ALEXANDRIA, VA. – A local Republican woman leader will serve on the Board of Directors of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) during the 2010-2011 term.

NFRW President Sue Lynch has appointed Heidi Roedel of Kalispell to be Vice Chair of Caring for America Committee, which is responsible for encouraging clubs and state federations to select community projects to show that “Republicans do care.” Awards are given on both the state and local club levels.

“With the 2010 elections just months away, the NFRW is gearing up to help Republicans across the country win races at the local, state, and national levels.” Lynch said, “We are pleased that Heidi is going to play a key role in this effort by sharing her talents and ideas with our members across the nation.”

Heidi Roedel is the owner of Utmost Graphics. She will use her knowledge of website design and development to continue building a website which she started for this committee in 2008. The website can be found online at www.nfrwcaringforamerica.org . Last term, Heidi mailed more than 200 “Certificates of Appreciation” to clubs all across the United States and took photos of the awards that were presented to the winners by this committee at the NFRW Convention in Orlando, Florida

“I am excited to once again join the chair, Arla Jeanne Murray of Miles City, to encourage and reward Republican women for being active in their communities, supporting our troops, and reminding us of our great nation’s history,” Heidi stated.

Founded in 1938, the NFRW has thousands of active members in local clubs across the nation and in several U.S. territories, making it one of the largest women’s political organizations in the country. The grassroots organization recruits and elects Republican candidates, advocates the Party’s philosophy and initiatives, and empowers women in the political process.
